New Hire Surveys

Our partnership between HR practitioners at Credit Unions and the Business Insights Group have developed a special web-based, New Hire Survey program specifically designed for Credit Unions.

The purpose of this Survey is to:

• identify gaps in training
• flag employee dissatisfiers prior to the 90-day point
• allow the HR team to address issues before they become problems

Our goal is to provide client Credit Unions with specific actionable feedback, in an environment of safe participation and confidence, based on our CU-specific experience, using web technology for an efficient process.
