My supervisor is supportive and she is intune with our employees. She is a great coach and very supportive. She has an open door policy you can yell cry or jump for joy and she will join in with you. She is great..

The benefits are excellent! The pay is OKAY. The credit union continually tries to improve for the membership and employees even though the change is not always for the best. At least they try. They appear to have the opinion now that changes are not permanent if they dont work.

We are becoming too much like a big bank. We are losing that special credit union touch. Our fees are outrageous sometimes. I know they compare with other banks but thats the point. Why do we feel we have to compete with fees? We should strive to have LOWER fees than other places. We lose members every day because of the fees we charge that members do not understand.

Each branch needs a detail person so we can give our members this time. I feel as if a know a little about everything not enought about everything. Separate loan department would be alot less corrections.

Make things easier for the members and employees. Our processes are too burdensome. Get us the excellent technical department that we need to do our jobs easier faster and more efficiently. We are really lacking in the technical arena.
